Ricotta Cheese & Fruit Dessert

1 Serving = 1 dessert

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fat free ricotta cheese
  • 2 tsp calorie free sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup fresh berries like strawberries or blueberries

Directions:

  1. COMBINE first 3 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. POUR into a glass dessert dish.
  3. TOP with fresh berries and serve immediately.
